Akshay Kumar Leaves for Ayodhya to Start ‘Ram Setu’ Shoot with Jacqueline and Nushrat, See Pic

Akshay Kumar has headed to Ayodhya for a “mahurat shot” of his highly-anticipated movie ‘Ram Setu’ with Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrat Bharucha. The actor took to his Twitter account to share an image of them posing in entrance of a personal jet. Akshay appeared dapper in a black shirt and olive drab trousers. Whereas Jacquline and Nushrat surprised in conventional outfits. Sharing the photograph, Akshay wrote, “A particular movie, a particular begin…Workforce #RamSetu off to Ayodhya for the mahurat shot. And so the journey begins. Want particular needs from all you guys 🙏🏻 @Asli_Jacqueline @Nushrratt #AbhishekSharma #CapeOfGoodFilms @Abundantia_Ent.”

In the meantime, streaming platform Amazon Prime Video on Wednesday introduced that it is going to be co-producing ‘Ram Setu’. Directed by Abhishek Sharma of ‘Parmanu’ and ‘Tere Bin Laden’ fame, ‘Ram Setu’ shall be produced by Akshay’s Cape of Good Movies, Abundantia Leisure, Lyca Productions and Prime Video.

Akshay Kumar stated the story of Ram Setu represents power, bravery, love, and Indian values which have “shaped the ethical and social cloth of our nice nation”.

“‘Ram Setu’ is a bridge between generations previous, current and future. I look ahead to telling the story of a big a part of Indian heritage, particularly for the youth and I’m pleased that, with Amazon Prime Video, the story will minimize throughout geographies and ring a bell with viewers internationally,” the actor stated.
