Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) is taking back the land containing the closed industries. In this episode, 65 acres of land will be taken back from the Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited (IDPL) and big industries will be set up in it. Its exercise has been started.

After the land becomes vacant, the entrepreneurs will be given

Ravi Ranjan Prasad, Deputy General Manager, BIADA told that the land has been returned. There is some process left, after which the land will be allotted to the entrepreneurs. The IDPL management is taking the same from there. It is expected that within one to two months these premises will be vacated. After the land becomes vacant, it will be given to the entrepreneurs.

65 acres allotted for industry

Deputy General Manager Ravi Ranjan Prasad said that land will be allotted to a big company in this 65 acres of land for setting up industries. Right now Reliance, the company that supplies the bottle to the cold drink company, the readymade clothes company has seen the ground. They like the land, in such a situation, 20 to 40 acres of land will be allotted to these companies after the land becomes vacant. These companies had seen Motipur and land here.

Affordable land to promote industry in Seemanchal

Apart from this, along with promoting industry in Seemanchal area of ​​Bihar, the government has now offered cheap land in industrial areas. Land will now be provided by BIADA in the industrial area in Purnia at a discount of 20 to 40 percent. Similarly, land will be provided to entrepreneurs with 60 percent discount in Katihar and 20 percent in Araria.

Expected arrival of investors from other states

Companies from Haryana to Gujarat are already working in BIADA, Purnia. After the land becomes cheaper, more investors are expected to come from other states. Not only this, the industry is expected to get a boost due to the availability of cheap land in small areas like Forbesganj in Araria district and Banmankhi in Purnia.
